Propable was a suite of online management and investment analysis tools for property investors.

Propable was funded by Y Combinator as part of the Winter 2009 class.

Originally named Portfolio Executive, Propable was conceived by Shazz Bhunnoo based on his experiences as Founder and CEO of Spaces Property Group. Mike Laming was a co-founder of Propable and was the CTO of the company. Due to limited traction amongst second stage investors in Silicon Valley and an unfavourable real estate market in 2009, Propable, Inc. was subsequently wound up and closed in late 2009.
